顾客一般不会主动给好评,但是一定会主动给差评。如同木桶效应,你可以没有长板,但是一定不能有短板。

所谓没有消息就是好消息,让一个点外卖的人肯去主动评价商家的动力往往不是这一餐吃得多么满意,而是这一餐吃得多糟糕。商家可能对此深有体会,想要得到用户的一个五星好评是要写小纸条、给优惠、送小菜等诸多手段去争取才能有的。相反,一招不慎,在某个小环节出了问题得到一个一星差评是很容易的,并且大部分差评都是图文搭配,声情并茂的有效点评。在外卖平台,差评让想要下单的用户望而却步,还会严重影响曝光量。比如我们的一个卖煎饼果子的外卖商家就因为连续两天收到差评,在没改变其他活动的情况下,本来是上升势头的曝光人数,骤然下降。我们有过测算,一个一天50单左右的店铺,一个差评大概会让店铺在未来的几天损失50-100元。所以这样去算还是挺可怕的。

1、包装简陋

意思不是说让商家用多好的包装,还是要选择性价比的。

下面这种黑色餐盒其实也就比透明的餐盒贵1-2毛,但是给人的感觉完全不一样,黑色盒装菜显多,而且给人更有保温的感觉。推荐小炒类用黑色的盒子。

2、选择合适的尺寸

一般来说小炒正常分量为500尘濒左右,但是我们用500尘濒的盒子装出来就比较满,其实不适合打包也不好看。正常来讲我们推荐用650尘濒的盒子,这样看起来会有一些空间,但又不至于显得分量小。

像这个图中,商家明明给的分量和堂食一样,但是餐盒尺寸选择过大,最后装在盒子里一半都不到,消费者第一感觉就是量少,直接给了差评。商家再怎么解释,一星评分的影响已经客观存在了,很难挽回。商家要根据自己出品的菜量装在盒子里占80%的空间,剩20%空隙是比较理想的。

粉类和面类的商家尤其要注意!因为米粉和面有吸水性,如果跟堂食一样,把粉、面放在汤里一起打包,经过外卖员10词20分钟的配送,用户拿到手的基本就是一坨吸满了汤胀大的“拌粉”或“拌面”。很多堂食评价不错的餐厅,做了外卖,明明是一样的菜品,只是因为外卖打包不当,导致差评太多,严重影响销量。所以为了保证口感,现在大多数商家都知道要面汤分离的包装,但又想节约成本,索性就把面单独放在塑料袋里或者汤单独放在塑料袋里,结果会招致差评。
